Kindergarten at Ecole Bonaventure is a theme-based program of interesting learning activities chosen to help the children develop in positive ways. The curriculum is 100% French. This allows children to start developing listening and comprehension skills as well as building a basic vocabulary. Routines are important in Kindergarten to help children feel safe and secure in their new environment.
The Kindergarten room is a comfortable double classroom with its own washroom facilities. Other features include a computer station, dramatic play /dress-up area, playdough, water, sand, wood, and take-apart wooden climber, blocks, Duplo, Lego and miniature vehicles, quiet area including a listening center, puzzles, games, and library.
Kindergarten at Ecole Bonaventure is a rich environment with a warm atmosphere in which the children learn the French language.
