This is a school based program, to work with students and parents. The program involves offering counseling or intervention services either at the school or in the home. In addition to these srvices, the Community School Worker / Social Worker facilitates preventive programs that are requested by our community (i.e. parenting programs). The worker assists in locating outside services that are not readily available in our community.
Referrals can be made directly to the school or through the Lord Selkirk School Division - Student Services Center.
