What we do
The Lord Selkirk Learning Centre offers most of the core high school credits for grades 9 through 12. The Centre provides an adult learning environment with scheduled class room instruction for Math, English, and some Science courses as well as one-on-one instruction as required by the student. Non-teacher instructed courses are offered in an independent format where there is no regular attendance requirement as students can work at home or at the Learning Centre. Attendance for certain parts of some courses will be arranged between the teacher and the student. We are open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 to 4:00. As well in addition to morning and afternoon classes we offer teacher instructed courses Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.
