The colony is centered around the sharing of common goods and working, 'each for the other'. The literal organization and structure of the colony is a large part of the colony's existence and how the concept of 'common goods' is put to use. Each individual has his or her job and place in the colony, this includes all, from the jobs of the men and women to the role of the growing child. |
