Ecole Selkirk Junior High

Our mission for Literacy with Information and Communication Technology (LICT) at Ecole Selkirk Junior High is to prepare and equip our students for the challenges that await them in a rapidly changing digital world. We aim to accomplish this by providing students and teachers with timely access to technologies. In addition, students will learn to use appropriate technology tools to help them communicate more effectively, critically and creatively. Moreover, as ethical and responsible citizens, students will learn to make better choices with regards to technology tools and issue of copyright usage. Success will depend on our ability to provide students with an environment that is supportive, dynamic, and engaging. At Ecole Selkirk Junior High, we continuously aim to reach those goals.
