The next school board election will be on held Wednesday, October 28th, 2026. School board elections are a great opportunity for Manitobans to get involved in public education - by voting for your local trustee or by running as a candidate.
Registration starts June 30th, 2026.
Candidate Registration Forms are available for pick up at the LSSD Board Office at 205 Mercy Street in Selkirk, MB or can be found online by clicking here.
Once your form is complete, please contact our SEO, Nicole Lesko via email at [email protected] to set up an appointment time to submit your form and receive the nomination package.
Nominations open September 16th, 2026.
