Registering for classes

Registration starts August 26, 2019 and closes September 6, 2019 for first semester classes. Fall classes will begin September 9th, 2019.

Registration for Term 1 has now closed.  Please contact the centre if you have questions or require additional information.

 Second semester registration begins January 20th, 2020 and closes February 3rd, 2020. Applicants are required to complete the CAAT, an adult learning assessment as part of the registration process.

Registration must be done in person.

In order to register, you will need:

  • Completed Intake Assessment
  • Your transcript
  • Manitoba Health Card
  • Copy of your Birth Certificate
  • Registration fee of $25 (Cash only, non-refundable)


Intake Assessment - CAAT

Students are required to write an intake assessment prior to registering for classes.  It covers English and Math skills.  Exemptions can be made in some cases at the discretion of the Director of Education.  This allows us to determine the level of your academic skills.  Together with your transcript, this assessment will help us guide you in developing your course choices and an overall learning plan.  

You cannot fail the intake assessment! 

The intake assessment takes about 2 hours to complete, and you can write it over several sessions if you wish.  You do not need an appointment to write the assessment, but you should be aware of when our office is open.  Please call us to learn more about the assessment.
