Human Resources at the Lord Selkirk School Division is responsible for the work life cycle of the more than 950 people within the organization. Working with all the schools and departments, our goal is to find the right person for the right job.

Human Resources initiates and supports a variety of activities such as: recruitment and selection, benefits, collective agreements, attendance management, employee issues and concerns, workplace safety and health, orientations. Human Resources works to improve the divisional direction for the employees through knowledge of legislative changes, practices and  policies which will ensure that we are safe and compliant.
